Daily Post #15

Monday Weigh-In: 244.2

Breakfast: Slimfast
Lunch: Apple, light yogurt
Dinner: Lean Cuisine

Exercise: 2 mile walk/jog at track (40 minutes)

I jogged a quarter of a mile without stopping tonight. It wasn't pretty, and it wasn't fast. But I did it. Huzzah!
