Daily Post #14

Brunch: Leftover steamed veggies & chicken with steamed rice
Snack: Fruit cup
Dinner: Lean Cuisine
Snack: Regular oatmeal, 1/2 C milk, a few raisins

Exercise: 5 measly minutes on the elliptical

Low key, quiet day. Giving my muscles the day off.
