Spent most of today on the couch working on a project for school. With finals coming up there will be a few days that I spend doing mostly homework and studying, but I'm going to try my best to be sure that I still get some exercise in.

youre doing wonderful, meghan. it's ok if you dont get all the exercise you want, you can still take walks, do pushups at home, etc. and just keep an eye on your calories. even ifyou do NO exercise, you can still lose if you safely restrict your calories.
