Breakfast: Slimfast
Lunch: Lean Cuisine
Dinner: Salad, 1 C Amy's Low Sodium tomato soup

Exercise: 45 minutes recumbent (hill, level 6, 26 miles)

Down 4.4 pounds this week. Huzzah! All that working out must be paying off.

Thanks! At the moment I can't stand the sight of another Lean Cuisine. Even with the variety after awhile you just want to eat fresh food that doesn't come in a little plastic plate. :)
